Traffic Light

One of the smaller, but very important objects that will be included in the exterior street scene are the traffic lights. although this is a smaller section of the scene. it will be in the centre of one of the shots so it will need to be and effective, but also stylised model.

to start with I did some research into classic American traffic lights to give me a better understanding of the style and structure:

From this, I then created my initial design:

overall, this is one of my best models that I have created so far as I think that it fits perfectly to the design brief and has a detailed design, but still fits to the simple look that is the design for the rest of the scene.
